Low Vision Eye Exams

Low vision is defined as 20/ 70 or less vision. People in this vision range are considered visually impaired and need guidance to determine the optimum way to enhance their residual vision. The proper use of lighting, CC television, telescopic devices attached to glasses and various magnifiers can greatly improve the quality of their remaining vision. An eye care professional can best advise patients on what products will work best for their particular situation. Dr. Gayeff is currently the only eye care professional in Upper Michigan certified by the State of Michigan for low vision exams.
